Namrata Pandya is a Clinical Resiliency Fellow for the 2026- 2027 school year. She received her BS in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University – New Brunswick in 2020. After working as a neuroscience drug discovery researcher in Cambridge, MA for 5 years, she realized her calling to be a therapist, which combines her love of neuroscience/psychology with her desire to help others face-to-face and be involved in her community. She has now returned to Rutgers to pursue a Master of Social Work degree with a Certificate in Interpersonal Violence and Trauma.
At the Sanar Institute, Namrata provides therapeutic services to individuals (with supervision from Simone Hopwood, LMSW), helps facilitate groups, and supports other Sanar functions.
Namrata enjoys journaling, being in nature, watching movies (especially ones that explore existential themes), traveling, and listening to music (all genres).
