Rosa Reid-White is a bilingual Operations Manager with over a decade of experience in enhancing organizational infrastructure, streamlining systems, and supporting mission-driven teams. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Brooklyn College.
At the Sanar Institute, Rosa oversees daily operations including financial management, HR administration, technology coordination, and office systems to ensure a trauma-conscious, efficient, and collaborative work environment. She plays a critical role in grant compliance, payroll, onboarding, and the implementation of equitable workplace practices. Prior to joining Sanar, Rosa served as Director of Training and Development at EMB Phones Inc., where she led strategic initiatives that increased employee retention and productivity through targeted training and the digitization of HR processes.
Rosa is passionate about cultivating inclusive and responsive workplaces that center care and community. Outside of work, she finds joy in interior design, relaxing by the ocean, and spending quality time with her family. She is also an active community volunteer with Amiga’s Friends of Children.
