Sanar's Trauma-Informed Resources
The following resources are designed to support both helping professionals and individuals impacted by violence in their recovery process. For your convenience they are all available in PDF format.

Promising Practices: An Overview of Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Support for Survivors of All Forms of Human Trafficking
The Sanar Institute, in collaboration with Polaris, we are pleased to share a groundbreaking report on trauma-informed therapeutic supports for survivors of all forms of human trafficking.
Sanar Co-Founders Kate Keisel-Caballero and Gabriela Celeiro, through their previous work at Polaris New Jersey over the past five years, identified critical trauma-informed therapeutic support interventions that helped survivors gain resiliency, process trauma, and reconnect with their bodies after experiencing violence. These supports are the flagship services offered through Sanar’s Resiliency Initiative.

Calming Yoga Poses
These yoga poses are designed to reduce symptoms related to anxiety, depression, and PSTD. Each of the poses can easily be done in the comfort of a client’s home with or without a yoga mat, blocks, or a bolster.
